1. Eligibility for Free Returns
Our Free Return Service applies to:
- Items returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Items that are unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- Items that are not marked as final sale or non-returnable.
Please note that customized or personalized items are not eligible for returns.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To start your return, follow these simple steps:

3. Preparing Your Return Shipment
- Place the item in its original packaging, including any tags, labels, and accessories that came with it.
- Ensure the item is securely packaged to avoid damage during shipping.
- Affix the prepaid return shipping label to the outside of the package.
4. Shipping Your Return
- Drop off your package at the nearest authorized shipping location or schedule a pickup with the carrier specified on your prepaid label.
- Keep the tracking number for your return shipment for reference.
5. Processing Your Refund
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy requirements. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we confirm receipt of the return. The refund will be issued to your original payment method, and you will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been completed.
Please note that it may take an additional 3-5 business days for your bank or credit card company to reflect the refund in your account.
6. Exchanges
